FrazPower firmly believes that good HSE performance is integral to the quality of its services. Frazpower’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System is designed to ensure that all company operations are conducted in the absence of significant risk, by continuously identifying and controlling hazards which may arise through any aspect of the company’s operations. Impact also recognizes HSE training as a crucial element of the HSE Management System and allocates the necessary resources to achieve this training whilst adhering to all national regulations and international guidelines.
It is the policy of FrazPower to conduct its operations in a safe manner, to ensure good health of its personnel, secure environment and be sensitive to the needs and concerns of the communities around its area of operation. FrazPower will manage its operations in such a way as to achieve the following:
IMPORTANT MILESTONES
1 Preserve the health, safety and security of the employees and members of the public who may be affected by its operations.
2 Minimize the impact of its operation on the environment.
3 Maintain sensitivity to the needs and concerns of the host communities around its operational areas.
4 Recognize HSE management as a line responsibility.
5 Maintain relationship with the host communities.
6 Believe that every job can be done safely.
7 Recognize that no activity shall be carried out unless considered safe.
8 Complete projects earlier than client's estimated schedule with all HSE considerations in place.
The employees of the company must plan and perform their work in accordance with this policy.
Any activity that is in the opinion of the employee that cannot be carried out in accordance with the policy must be suspended and reported immediately to the relevant supervisor. Line management is responsible for the implementation of this policy.

It is the policy of Oilserv Ltd. to enhance relationship between company and host communities: with an aim to ultimately reduce operating costs and shutdown arising from unhealthy company-community relationship
To achieve this Oilserv Limited shall :
1 Prior to mobilization to any locality, pay visit to the host community chiefs, leaders and youths, in order to determine requirements of the community and subsequently agree with the community on issues discussed.
2 Engage a seasoned community relation's officer who shall liaise between the community and company on matters such as youth empowerment / employment of indigenous workers etc.
3 Through the community affairs department, implement the company's community relations plan.
4 Manage Community affairs as an integral part of the company's business with a view to maintaining good relationship between the company and her host communities.
5 Co-operate with the client and third parties to avoid unnecessary delays, shut down and of course unwarranted loss of man-hour
6 Report any community disturbance / emergencies or threat to the client without delay.
