Feedstock Sourcing & Processing

Sourcing
FrazPower has ongoing strategic partnerships with renowned indigenous Oil & Gas companies to co-develop oil & gas reserve assets and other sources of natural gas for processing to their derivatives for eventual downstream marketing for offtake in power generation and gas derivative commodities.

Our activity is currently concentrated around the Gulf of Guinea, which has substantial proven reserves of associated, and non-associated gas in excess of 200 trillion cubic feet of high-grade quality gas.

Processing
In line with its core goal of monetizing associated natural gas and creating a Gas-Centric Economy, FrazPower and its partners are investing in infrastructure that allows for maximum processing of associated natural gas in order to deliver a full platter of gas commodities to the market. We are primed to deliver the following gas derivatives to the market: Methane (Lean Natural Gas), Ethane, Propane, Butane, Pentane etc.

    -    Natural Gas or Methane (CH4) for power generation
    -    Natural Gas or Methane (CH4) as fuel for local industries (Methanol, Fertilizer etc.)
    -    Natural Gas or Methane (CH4) as a transportation fuel
    -    Natural Gas Liquids for feedstock to petro-chemical plants as follows:
                1.    Ethane (C2H6) to produce Ethylene in the plastics industry,
                2.    Propane (C3H8) for use in residential & commercial heating or as a cooking fuel,
                3.    Butane (C4H10) for blending with Propane in creation of LPG & Iso-butane as a crude oil refining feedstock,
                4.    Pentane (C5H12) for polystyrene foam production, natural gasoline production, etc.

FrazPower is actively developing its “Virtual Distribution Network” with major offtakers of Natural Gas and Natural Gas liquids to provide these gas derivatives to their existing and future power plants and industries. Stay tuned to monitor our progress.

Feedstock Virtual Distribution Network

FrazPower has created a natural gas “Virtual Distribution Network” which utilizes land and water based transportation modules to deliver gas in the form of CNG & LNG to industrial and power generation off-takers that are not connected by physical pipelines.

To efficiently carry out our operations, FrazPower in conjunction with its technical partners has developed a unique solution system to deliver gas to its diversified range of offtakers, allowing for the most cost-effective, efficient, and reliable delivery of natural gas in the industry. Our unique end-to-end delivery system comprises multiple innovations that make it easier for our customers to transition to a cleaner, lower cost and local-sourced fuel in the form of natural gas as their primary energy source.

Designing a natural gas delivery model to service offtakers varies from one project to the next due to factors such as delivery distance, road conditions and gas requirements to name a few, but in general they will fit one of the following models:

    1.    Model 1: Local CNG Virtual Pipeline
    2.    Model 2: Local LNG Virtual Pipeline
    3.    Model 3: Imported LNG Virtual Pipeline

Power Generation E.P.C. Services

Engineering, procurement and construction of power generation systems is an integral part of FrazPower’s business model, as we build our gas “Virtual distribution Network”.

In cases where potential gas offtake clients do not have relevant gas-fired equipment that will consume supplied gas efficiently, FrazPower and its partner companies (Frazimex Engineering & Oilserv Limited) deliver a comprehensive power solution featuring efficient gas engine equipment.

Our Power Generation E.P.C. services include design, engineering, procurement, project management, installation, and commissioning. We are currently developing a 20MW captive power project that will be scaled up to 80MW+ in the near-term.

We anticipate delivering approximately 1000MW of power solutions to customers across Sub-Saharan Africa who are either off the grid or underserved by the grid over the next 5 years.

Power Generation M.R.O. Services

In concert with our technical partners, FrazPower provides maintenance, repair and operations solutions to its internal power generation facilities. We leverage these capabilities to service external Generating Companies (GenCos) and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) when the need arises.

Our M.R.O. service expertise includes all major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of Rotating equipment, stationery hardware and balance of plant equipment. Our scope of work includes:
